Aeris provides a number of ways for you to get support in using our M2M services or to report issues with your SIM cards or connectivity service. If you still aren’t happy, you may be able to get a full refund for your SIM cards that haven’t been provisioned on the Aeris network. You can also stop your service at any time without any penalty.

If we shipped the wrong SIM cards or your shipment was lost or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of when you received the wrong or damaged shipment (or of when you should have received your shipment) by opening a help ticket.
If your SIM cards have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during the first 12 months after purchase, you can get a replacement at no cost to you. See our Limited Warranty page.

If you are not satisfied with your experience with your Aeris SIMs and wish to cancel, you can return your SIM cards – provided they have not been provisioned – within 30 days of reception for a refund.
